Most of my artwork is a reflection of my personal journey through somatic movement work and my love
of animals, nature and design. Combining audio, visual, and written narratives helps me go deeper to process and explore aspects of myself that were repressed or shut down.
Improv is a tool to intuitively discover the artist within me regardless of the medium.
I am the medium, and discovery is my tool.
